Delivery on all items within England, Wales and Scotland are free.
Depending on weight and size, packages will be sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or City Link.
Deliveries take between one and four days from leaving ourselves to reach their destination.
You will be emailed, or if requested phoned, to tell you when the product has left our premises along with the package reference number.
On all first deliveries the delivery address must be the same as the registered address of the cardholder. After which an alternative delivery address can be nominated when ordering.
If there is no one at a delivery address when the products are delivered, the carriers will attempt for a second time the following day. If there is still no response the item will be held at their local branch for a specified time. This will usually be indicated to you on a calling card left by the carriers. If not collected within the specified time period the goods shall be returned to ourselves. Should the goods still be required then a charge will apply for the re-delivery.
